With over 15 years experience in the mental health field, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and fostering meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in systemic, culturally responsive, and strengths-based framework, allowing me to honor the unique identities and experiences each client brings into the therapeutic space.

Currently, I am advancing my expertise as a doctoral student in psychology, where my research and clinical focus emphasizes cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and relational resilience.
