Effective therapy, much like building a home, begins with a strong foundation. In my clinical practice, I prioritize establishing a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, consistency, and emotional safety. This foundational work is essential for meaningful progress and long-term change.
Just as a well-constructed home requires careful planning and a solid base to support every room built above it, therapeutic growth requires stability and intentional structure. Together, we will work to identify and strengthen the core areas of your emotional and psychological framework—so that healing, resilience, and personal growth can be supported and sustained.
Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, relationship dynamics, or life transitions, I approach therapy as a collaborative process. My goal is to provide a grounded, evidence-based space where clients can rebuild, reframe, and create lives aligned with their values and goals.
“In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit”. (Ephesians 2:21–22, KJV)
The phrase and name of my practice, Fitly Framed Therapy encapsulates the goal of my practice for emotional, physical, and spiritual alignment. It also symbolizes the unity and harmonious functioning of the body of Christ and that each of us have a vital role in the construction of this spiritual edifice.
